PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
All pieces are made to order, with a production time of up to 12 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via DHL or FEDEX, with an estimated delivery time depending on the destination.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with the original tag and packaging. To request a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide you with a return shipping code. Once your return arrives at our atelier, the item(s) will undergo a quality inspection. The return will be approved or declined based on the conditions mentioned above. Once the returned order has been received and approved, the refund will be processed and issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exchanges due to defects may be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
Exchanges for other reasons, such as size, color, or style, are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Our products are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
Made-to-measure pieces are not eligible for exchange or return and are subject to an additional 30% charge on the original price.
